"Class 1000 dust-free workshop" means that the number of dust particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.5um per cubic meter of air is less than 1,000. Class 1000 dust-free workshop mainly filters dust particles ≥0.5um, and its air supply volume is generally more than 50 times per hour according to the number of air changes.
